We take pride in building care packages that are risk assessed to provide quality and safe care whilst focusing and promoting individual needs and choices. We build partnerships with other health and social care providers to enable us to give our service users the best care that they deserve.
- Our care workers are qualified to a minimum of the Regulated Qualification Framework (ROF) Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- We value continuous training of our employees in order for us to better meet the needs of our service users.
- We continually review and support our staff with any additional Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training to ensure that their skills and qualifications are up to date.
- We have rigorous recruitment procedures in place and carry out relevant checks as regulated by CQC on applicants to ensure we safeguard our service users
